Together we will look at the past, talk about your hurts, then focus on your future! Through the process we will identify the obstacles in your life that are preventing you from moving forward, we will develop strategies on how to tackle them and set goals that will help you achieve the happiness that you have been craving for so long! 
 
My office is under contruction so for now, let's talk over google meet, or set up an in-person meeting at a mutually agreeable location.  I can't wait to meet you and start helping you become the best version of you!
